Gradebook

· Resolved error where an assignment could be modified to be out of 0 point, where marks already exists. This caused a dived by 0 error.

· Fixed mouse over on Category Summary screen results that gave java script error.

· Updated completion code of ‘OK’ to display in marks entry screen.

· Resolved issue when editing an assignment in French could blank category alignment.

· Resolved error when folder with apostrophe in name is selected via add new task from marks entry.

· Updated fill down for marks entry with auto save so it will display the part total points.

· Added option to force the use of professional judgment in gradebook for categorically weighted class sections.

· Added ability to blank and not just change a custom student task due date.

· Update assignment copy tool to allow teachers to select a different school/track as destination.

· Updated Copy Configuration tool to default to advanced selection view.

Schoolwide

· Updated Boolean data entry to correctly display true/false and yes/no dropdowns.

· Updated lesson alignment for Instructional Strategies to accept Boolean values.

· Instructional Strategies will display student results and load lessons for Boolean results.

· Fixed option to change between actual values and score range groups in schoolwide charting.

· Fixed javascript popup on Category summary screen when professional judgment is used.

· Fixed charting in Instructional Strategies when Iframe legend is squished together.

· Added Pie chart totals to school wide graphs.

Parent Portal

· Updated displayed comment length to match maximum field length in Gradebook to stop comment truncation.

· Added option to show 0, 1 or 2 decimal places for student average and marks.

· Updated access controls so teachers can only see course information for their students in the school year that they are/have been teaching.

Reporting

· Created SSRS curriculum Alignment Reports

· Created SSRS report to identify classes missing professional judgment.

· Updated Assessment items report so it will not display hidden columns.

Attendance \ Behaviour

· Added optional filters to administrative attendance report to remove; classes with attendance, classes with completed attendance, and classes with administrative attendance.

Report Card

· Updated report card checkout for error ‘You must select a Teacher Class’ when class selected.

· Fixed issue in French language where hitting save (but not submit) twice before the page refresh finishes could blank the comments.

· Resolved issue to allow access to school comment from new comment bank browser.

· Resolved potential data loss in report card data entry screen when editing a checked out report card.

Integration

· Trillium Gradebook export will round marks appropriately for export

· Resolved Foreign Key constraint error when importing student contacts under certain conditions.

· Added ability to append grade level to class section label on integration

· Added import of Terms and Reporting periods to both Maplewood and Trillium integration agents.

· Updated CIMS integration agent to correctly set ‘U’ for teachers gender when not explicitly set.

· Resolved issue with SIF agent with long url not correctly updating.

· Added option in Maplewood integration agent to use Course Name rather than Course Code.

· Added Maplewood support for multiple terms structures per track.
